Some Sundays the children remain in the service for 'All Age Worship' and then go out to their separate groups whilst on the remaining Sundays the children enjoy their own 'Splash Worship' time with singing, games & lots of loud fun! After worship the children split into their age groups and in their session there is a mixture of fun games and learning. The Splash helpers use Scripture Union resources to look at the Bible in an age-relevant and interesting way to teach important life skills. WipeoutThe youth meet every other Sunday morning and go out for the whole service.There is a Wipeout forum for the youth here. Other Children ActivitiesOutside of the Sunday Service as well there are these activities for children and families:Parent and Toddler Coffee morningFor parents of children in Little Ripples or Swell Gang we have a Parent and Toddler Coffee morning on alternate Friday mornings at The Hub from 10:30 to midday. It’s a relaxed time to let children interact and play with toys, while parents hang out with fresh coffee and cake. Everyone is welcome whether or not they come to other church activities. |
